DR. GARIMA VASHISTHA
 Director
Dr. Garima Vashistha is the Founder-Director of Altered Black and Chairman of the board. She brings with her more than 20 years of international experience in diverse fields such as Media, Pharmaceuticals, Hospitality and Globalization. She has worked with Fortune 500 companies in US and Canada and brings in a rich experience running other successful global businesses from Globalization Advisory, Consulting and Enterprise Products to Biotechnology.

SAMIT ROY
 Director
Samit Roy is the Co-founder and Director of Altered Black and has been working in the design and creative media industry for the past 18 years. A multi-faceted visual artist, Samit combines his knowledge of design and user psychology within different media spaces, with art school drawing skills and a conceptual understanding of the socio-cultural environment. A poet with a graduate degree in literature and a postgraduate degree in Film Studies, Samit's area of interest as a design professional is the impact of the context-specific behavior of the client, customer and end user, on design practice. His constant attempt to nudge design practice enables him to create visually stunning and deeply insightful solutions for our clients, thereby providing an extra edge to all our design solutions.

PRASUN BANERJEE
 Creative Director
Our Creative Director, Prasun Banerjee, has had a distinguished academic career and was a National Scholar throughout his academic life. His first commercial design was published in November 1987 and since then, he has worked and been recognized in the fields of Pre-press, TV commercials, Movies, Branding and Multimedia, among others. Prasun has worked for several award winning projects at National and International levels. Some of these awards are - Best Industrial Documentary, Best Biographical Documentary, Best Feature Film, Special Jury Award in Karlovy Vary (Czech Republic) and Best Pre-press Production in Eastern India. His experience and analytical approach is an asset for the clients. Prasun is an early Mac user and habitually blends his knowledge of Physics with the aesthetics of design.
