Qualification: Any Graduate

Experience: 2-4 years in IT, ITES or any other professional services firm as office assistant.

Key Skills: Candidates must have good communication skills, basic knowledge of computers including Office tools and Internet. Fluency in spoken and written English and local language is a must. Experience in handling a senior management office or media house is desirable.

Description: The person will be responsible for managing the Head's calendar, coordinating the schedule for internal as well as external meetings, managing official documents, data mining and vendor selection.
