Needs:
The client, IV Telecom (UK), wanted a virtual character to be designed and developed to promote their interactive matchmaking system. They also wanted us to design and develop a small site to promote the same.
Challenges:
The challenge was to identify all minute details and characteristics of the virtual character from the input provided by the client and visualize its features. The client also wanted the personality of this virtual character to be reflected prominently on the look and feel of the web site. Client was also very much concerned about the responsiveness and remote location of the designers and overall turnaround time.
Solutions:
We provided them multiple variants of the character with multiple attires and accessories and a minimalist design scheme for the web site to meet their requirements. We also introduced a daily status update method on one-to-one basis to mitigate all possible risks of remote management and minimize the turn-around time.
